To add a new project (product) to your e-catalog, please send an e-mail to cs@atl-forms.com and describe as many details about your project as you can. Each project will be assigned to an appropriate developer and assigned a project number. We will e-mail you back with both and any questions we have.
Your description should include: |

• Product overview - what is it? |
|
• Project name |
|
• Will the template be variable? A variable template will change with data impute from fields and or a logo. |
|
|
• If the product is not variable it will be static. |
|
|
• Size |
|
• Description of each field and how many characters you will need. |
|
• Drop down menus and what should each contain. |
|
• Fields dependent on selections from another field. For instance; if a User clicks on option 'A' the next field will be 'X', option 'B' the next field will be 'Y', etc. |

• Special characters or fonts and size requirements |
|
|
|
• Logos and a description of size and placement on the product. |
|
|
• Prefer vector files but send what you have. |
|
• Specific color requirements (PMS or CMYK) |
|
|
• Supplier file requirement or file extension needed for variable products |
|
|
• File extensions supported: |
|
|
|
•Agfa, Factored PostScript, HTML, JLYT, PDF, PostScript, PPML/PostScript, PPML/PostScript for EFI, PPML/VDX, VPS, Xerox VIPP, Campaigns, Pageflex chart & InDesign Server. |
